Fare Policy

Loganair fares are non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:

• Flight Cancellation: If Loganair cancels a flight.
• Schedule Changes: If Loganair changes the originally scheduled flight departure time by more than 5 hours, or more than 2 hours for same-day return flights.

Tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of the first flight coupon. Any tickets with expired validity will not be eligible for a refund.
